whenever I go to use webchat.freenode.net I get the error message
"server failure verifying capitcha". Is it something I am doing wrong?

It was bad to see that the votes didn't matched with each other, the
outcome was in favor of only 3 of total 7 votes, but i hope to see more
people there.

  Hello all,
  we've many new members in the project.
  The 12.10 series has already started, so i think this weekend is a
  great opportunity to organize a meeting/gathering to meet these
  people.
  It's great for authors and editors to know each other, cooperate and
  become familiar as time passes.
  The best part of a community project is the connections that you
  make with people from all over the world.
