Re: How are chaplinks supposed to be translated?

 

One thing to add here, is that you'll probably have to use sudo tlmgr
update -all if you followed the instructions on the Author's page.
Simply because you would have installed TexLive as sudo (system wide)
instead of in your home directory.  If you only did it as your home
directory though, then tlmgr update -all should work.  

And, depending on which "build" they're on, this should also fix the
xindy problems that people have been having (the glossary/index not
building).
