Hannie and Team:

Reviewed and walked through install of Quantal and *Installation* chapter.
Only changes needed/made:


   - Updated all instances of 12.04 to 12.10
   - Added 'Preparing to install Ubuntu' screenshot

All other screenshots look to have already been updated or do not need to
be updated.
Good to go, including the Windows Installer section.
