Re: 12.04 MS Translated manual

Hello Susah,
The current situation is this:
Precise-e2: 100% translated. I have corrected some code errors and generated the pdf file (157 pages). I have shared the pdf file with you on Ubuntu One. I also uploaded the corrected ms.po file to Launchpad (both Rosetta and Ubuntu Manual). 
What to do next:
Precise-e2:
1. Proofread the text and if there are corrections to be made, do this in Launchpad (Rosetta). When this is done, let us know. 2. Make localized screenshots. Below you see the list of screenshots to be made. You can read the instructions on how to make the screenshots in our style guide. 
If you need any help with this, please do not hesitate to ask.
Perhaps it is best to finish the precise-e2 version first and then work on the quantal version (77% translated so far).

          **So, **what exactly need to be done by us? from my
          understanding is, a pdf version will be created by you then
          we will need to find any errors and creating localize
          screenshot. am I right?
