Yes, agreed, a great idea of having a page or two of shortcuts, but to link
them back to locations in the manual where the shortcut would apply *could
be* a sizable task requiring one person's focus mere hours before the
manual is released; link backs really couldn't be set until the manual was
essentially frozen and being indexed.
