Update status trusty-e2 on November 7th, 2014:
We are now on revision 32, see [1].
On sheet Trusty of our shared spreadsheet [2], there are only a few more 
gaps in column Editors 14.04-1:
 * Watching videos and movies
 * Listening to audio and music
 * Burning CDs and DVDs
 * Microblogging
Come on, all of you who haven't contributed yet. Now is the time to 
choose one of these sections to edit/proofread.
The following members have contributed, or will do so shortly,  to 
Trusty-e2 so far:

What is the problem when you try to make the trusty-e2 pdf file? Have 
you done the following:
go to folder /Projects (see instructions on our site [2]), then:
~/Projects$ bzr branch lp:ubuntu-manual/trusty-e2 trusty-e2
You can now enter the command /Projects/trusty-e2/make to create 
ubuntu-manual.pdf in this folder.
