Hi Eric,

1) Are you referring to the menu seen in Figure 3.19? Does this need
removed?

This is the one I'm referring to. We could replace it with thedrop-down list at the top of the "Contact list" windows. I made ascreenshot of it.

2) I guess desktop sharing might only work with other contacts that meet
certain criteria. Maybe this is why you haven't had success with this?

Maybe. For my tests, I was only using 2 different gmail accounts andI haven't tried to find any information about desktop sharing.
