I just brushed up the template somewhat. In my mind we shouldn't strive
for a perfect case study or a plain interview. If we can interview NGOs,
get answers, pictures and stuff we should be in a good position to touch
it up a little bit and put it in some kind of story form.

I added a few questions I thought would be interesting (to move a bit
away from the technicalities of Ubuntu).

Please everybody re-review the page and let's try to get it into a form
we all like, so we can start interviews.
