[Bug 1250744] Re: "fixing a bug tutorial" needs devscripts
You're right, this could be mentioned somehow.
The first set of articles on http://developer.ubuntu.com/packaging/html/
are meant to be read in order. Maybe we should specifically mention to
read http://developer.ubuntu.com/packaging/html/introduction-to-ubuntu-
development.html and http://developer.ubuntu.com/packaging/html/getting-
set-up.html at least before starting on the tutorial.

In http://developer.ubuntu.com/packaging/html/fixing-a-bug-
example.html, starting with "Documenting the fix", scripts like "dch"
are used. These are not installed in a fresh Ubuntu system, maybe you
could add a hint that "apt-get install devscripts" is needed.
