[Bug 1432970] [NEW] bad grammar first sentence of section 5.7

Currently revno 561 shows the first sentence of 5.7 (see fixing-a-bug-
example) as "It makes to get fix included as Upstream as possible." This
makes no grammatical sense and should read "It makes sense to get the
fix…"
