TWRP is touch-enabled and far more feature-rich than basic CWM. Plus, 
CWM Touch is closed source.

Btw, I love how Canonical is using CM10.1 repos. I hope this makes 
porting to Galaxy S3 variants like the d2vzw extremely easy.
