This has now built successfully and copied over to the qt5-proper PPA
with version 4:4.8.1-0ubuntu4.5~test1.
I haven't tested a running Kubuntu precise installation with it myself,
but co-installing ubuntu-sdk and kde-workspace-bin is now possible. It'd
be interesting to hear which one of the following applies:
1. Actually just having qdbus (the new Qt4 one) and ubuntu-sdk installed
is fine enough and nothing serious breaks even without qt4-default.
ubuntu-sdk depends on qttools5-dev-tools which provides the Qt5 version
of qdbus
2. Installing qt4-default (which removes ubuntu-sdk meta package and
qt5-default) is required
