I would prefer if that respect operator precedence. Well that will not
allow entering something like (3 + 3) * 4 but we can always use scientific
calculator for that.

Maybe press and hold on something while I suspect that doesn't fall under
regular use as negative numbers represent change not quantity. There is no
need for negative numbers in simple calculator.

Very good. I wouldn't even care about negative tone or profanity (you are
far far away from both of these) if feedback is constructive ;-)
Overall my current idea is to create two tabs: one for simple calculator
other for scientific.
