Agreed. And that probably shouldn't be part of the core app either.

This is the typical problem when creating that sort of app: different
people have different views of what a good calculator should be like so
the danger is scope creep and an app that becomes bloated and unusable
through too many options.

Having said this, the Calculator we are talking about will be part of
the core apps and installed on every Ubuntu Touch device. So what should
really happen is that as a result of the Calculator work, we end up with
a number of calculator components that can then become part of the SDK
so that people who want more complex calculators (scientific, RPN,
financial, etc) can create them themselves from high level components
with minimal effort.
