There's been a round of testing last Friday on the raring build for that
day in an attempt to get ready to switch to saucy and also to get a
solid build for dogfooding.

There's a tentative milestone bug list that would need to be ratified by
the tech leads of each team to get things in order for the stability and
usefulness of these builds.

Keep in mind that the list is tentative and not final. I'm hoping people
can go through it and correct if necessary.
