​Other tidbits that may help diagnose things:​

* "Choose a template"
​ shows a disabled (greyed-out) "Ubuntu 13.04 Templates"
* The sidebar shows enabled: Welcome, Touch, Edit, Debug, Analyze, Help,
Devices, Pastebin, Wiki, Core Apps, API, and IRC.
* Disabled are: Design, Projects, and Packaging
* There's a progress bar? with the word "Searching..." above it, which
never makes any progress.
