Hey everyone,

Summary of the work we did on system settings in week 34:

* Dropped a11y panel, that's not going to happen this cycle

* battery:
- display the last full charge info
- only display the panel if there is a battery available
- deal better with buggy upower datas

* background:
- changed the code to not write values until the picker is working

* security-privacy:
- implemented the main page's UI
- implemented the location panel's UI
- implemented some of the other subpanel's UIs

* updates:
- updated the UI to match the design
- updated the backend
- the panel is mostly done/functionnal, waiting on the system-images to land

* Some bug fixes and UI tweaks as well as usual
