I tried fiddling with the speakerphone and it didn't seem to make a 
difference.  Also, I could made repeated calls ( in or out ) and every 
single one failed to produce call audio.

Rebooting fixed the issue.  I've since tried to reproduce the original 
problem and have rebooted ~12 times since and not gotten it to happen again.

I did grab the syslog, so if you'd like me to create a bug I can, just 
let me know which package you'd like me to report it against and whether 
there's any additional info I can gather.
