Landing team 24.03.14

Hey,

We still have the Qt blocker + another one found on gallery app database upgrade. In addition to that, the CI infra for tests stopped reporting full test results.

Some courageous people worked bravely over the week-end to get it back into shape, but only non click app were then passing tests. Thus, we don't have any full test results on the recent images and backup on running all the tests ourselves (we are still at 100% test passing from a local run). We got some support later today and the tests are rerunning with the infrastructure as we speak on this morning image.

Based on those, no promoted image, but changes are still flowing up normally as it was decided on Friday.

#251:
- ubuntu-download-manager documentation fix and more QML binding available
- indicator desktop bug fixes

#252:
Some interesting landings related to:
- Dual Sim support
- Preparing for the greeter splitting regarding ringtone and text messages.

#253:
- Backend support for conference call

#254:
- some fixes for flaky autopilot test on messaging-app
- 80% faster click application startup in upstart-app-launch by moving to libclick

#255:
- some python transition work

#256:
- multiple gallery-app bug fixes for thumbnailing, video not display when running on desktop, disable switching between camera and gallery, black flash at the end of the zoom animation
- more python transition work

Meanwhile, new scopes infra are getting their latest bug fixes before being ready to land.

** Promotion blockers **

* A new regression has been found:
gallery shows blank dates and photos (Bill)
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gallery-app/+bug/1296634
* (but doesn't seem to be related to latest gallery-app landing though)

* Music/Calendar bug (Qt event look stopping when the device is suspend) (Saviq)
Saviq is discussing with Qt upstream on the best way to achieve that.

I'm dropping the 2 regressions "unity8 crash + random screen hanging" from the list as they are not reproduceable for multiple days now. All the other (non blocking) issues are now fixed and released. Nice work everyone!

Cheers,
Didier
