We have a fix for turning the screen on when an alarm is triggered. It
should hopefully make it into a silo and released today. Tracking the bug
at https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1340329

I will have to check with the design team what buttons they want to show in
the snap decision. The original plan was to show "Ok" and "Snooze". Snooze
is postponed for after RTM. So we changed that to "Dismiss" which meant
"Dismiss" and "Ok" will be performing the same action. It seems that snap
decision need to have a minimum of 2 actions. So we might change this to a
interactive notification to work around this issue.
