There is already the citrain script (in phablet-tools-citrain) which
wraps phablet-config which wraps add-apt-repository to make it really
easy to add silos both on device and on your desktop. Clearly what we
need is another wrapper that wraps that to do the ddebs installation
;-)

If you want to add some ddeb-installation logic, patches welcome, just
make it optional.
