Hello everyone,

We have finally landed the upower transition for ubuntu-rtm and QA is
now doing promotion testing on krillin #176. This image has all the
week's progress along with the new powerd-bits. They are running both
sanity tests and the full regression suite so it might take a while
until we get a decision for promotion. So far things are looking pretty
good, but the full results will only be available tomorrow in the afternoon.

Because of this please note that ubuntu-rtm silos might not get the QA
attention that they normally get. All QA engineers are concentrating on
regression testing now, so we ask for some patience regarding silo
sign-off. All silos that are prepared will be handled sooner or later.
We apologize for that.

But even with this slight slowdown, please be sure to work on critical
issues for the next milestone as seen on the list [1]. We need to have
as many of those in silos by the end of Tuesday. Let's have a great
milestone image for Christmas!
