This is the final update regarding the CI Services interruption which
included the relocation of hardware last week. With the exception of [1],
we believe all the remaining hardware and networks have been restored and
firewall rules updated. If there are any further failures or issues
discovered, please raise them with the CI vanguard.

[1] - The bootspeed and unity7 testing desktops are still offline due to an
issue with power. Further updates on the progress of this activity will be
communicated with the known stakeholders.
