Hi all,

I recently got a report of an authentication problem in my Gmail scope 
[1], and I don't know how to debug it.  I'm hoping that some of you 
will have some tricks.

The user reports that they are asked to log into Google and grant 
permissions to the scope, but get sent back to the login page 
thereafter.  System Settings says the scope is authenticated, but the 
Google account settings don't show the scope at all.  (It may matter 
that this is a Google Apps account.)

All of this process is happening under-the-hood, from my point of view. 
I just provide the system my credentials and ask for access, and the 
system does the negotiation with Google.  Where can we find debug 
information about what happened during this process?
