Hi!
First, check which "image" you are running. This should be in the
Settings/About/OS Details (not sure the exact names, I use my phone in
Greek).
In my case, I run release "20" of the Ubuntu Touch image which should
be the latest.
Please note that we recently ota'd fixes addressing battery life. Might be a
good idea to check whether your phone is up to date.
Then, it's up to what apps you have installed on the phone. Some apps
may wake the phone from deep sleep,
which has the effect of depleting the battery.
That is actually not true,
our lifecycle prevents that entirely.
Right, a normal app (from the store) is not allowed to block suspend at all.
The only thing that is currently waking up the phone (from our
userspace) is the push-client, and that gets used once you set up an
account (it wakes up the device at every 5 minutes).
I'm trying to profile it here to see what is going on, but I'm getting
~4,3% per hour (with radio enabled, not using the phone).
Cheers,
