there are issues with the nexus4.
tethering only works properly with the bq (and soon with the meizu)
device currently, i still havent found much time to look into why the N4
network-manager misbehaves when setting up the fixed IP connection on
the device.
(indeed, patches would be gratefully accepted, as long as they don't
break the existing working devices)
