I was also thinking in do (from outside the jail):

$ sudo mount --bind /proc /home/phable/myRoot/proc

but then it came into my mind that the phone would perhaps download the
tons of the 15.04 SDK and I did not wanted todo this over the data
mobile channel.

Will continue later the day with this...
