Ari, please file a bug here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ux/+filebug
Designers will decide what is the desired approach, and whether a
toggable setting could be used.
I'd personally like that the video continues filming is the call is
dismissed, but stopped if it's accepted.
