Yes, I wasn't pointing the bug out to say "it's under control" but
rather as a rallying point for comments instead of this thread and for
people to be able to monitor the status.
We didn't get back to OP to investigate more because we don't have
clear investigation steps. What we need now is what we needed ever
since the bug opened: an understanding of how to reproduce the bug.
I've seen it myself, but I don't know what triggers it.

and the OP already commented about a month ago :)
but nobody got back to him to investigate more, I guess :(
It's difficult to reliably reproduce and determine what's
causing it.

Hi all,
I have the same issue with the "on" button. Often I press
it and nothing happens then I press it again and the
display turns on and immediately it turns off again. I
have to do it for two or three times before the situation
stabilizes.
Another issue very frustrating is that passing from wifi
to data connection something is broken. I see the icon of
the connection "H" or "3G" but almost every time the
connection doesn't work. I have to to switch airplane mode
or data connection on/off a couple of times.
I notice also the lags but it seems a bit better than OTA6.
I wonder if a factory reset could be resolve the problems.
ciao

Same here, not an issue at all in my case.

Same impression; smoothness is not exceptional, but
good. Very good in
browser and webapps.

3 seconds, 1 second here. Not too bad, but I do not
use SMS very often.

of message threads.
1200 names, few tens here.

Yes, we should try to compare behaviour in similar
conditions, or taking
in account differences.
