Hello everyone,

As per earlier announcement, OTA-8 is now being phased out to all
supported devices - with an ETA somewhere tomorrow. Remember to let us
know as soon as you notice any serious issues after upgrading! We didn't
publish the emulator images as they're currently broken [1] - we might
consider releasing those later once a fix is available.

In the meantime, OTA-9 landings continue. The nightly rc-proposed image
was slightly delayed and will only be published shortly - due to the
OTA-8 re-spin preparations yesterday. We apologise for that.
As a reminder: remember that any other channels besides
ubuntu-touch/stable/* are risky and might break features on your phone.

We will keep everyone informed in case we decide to perform a hotfix
release before OTA-9 - for now it's still just an option we're considering.
