I was handling that landing. The story was that I had to cherry pick an 
MR from the staging branch of the UITK and indeed I copy'npasted out 
from the chromium browser the  diff.

It was a mistake. I did not expect chromium to mess up the diff and when 
I glanced through the strings I missed these errors.

It will be fixed in the next revision.
