I took a look at 0.5 has been the published version since Dec 26th
22:54hs UTC, about 6 hours after the upload. Maybe you don't have it
set to auto-publish after approval?  I can't really tell without
digging a bit deeper, there was either a ~6h delay in the process or
you don't have auto-publish set and figured it out 6 hours later  :)
