Landing team 16.03.16

Hello everyone,

Today's landing news: we're getting closer and closer to OTA-10. We had
a new pay-service (merging in the pay-ui bits into the debian package),
location-service, a new ubuntu-system-settings (adding the VPN panel to
the UI, finalizations of the new VPN feature), a new hybris, bugfix for
webbrowser-app (for webapps), new indicator-datetime and
qtorganizer5-eds. Since we're in feature freeze, all landings now
besides a few singular exceptions are basically bugfixes.

Those using rc-proposed and upgrading in the morning might have noticed
a few of their apps uninstalled. This was caused by a bug that we're now
tracking [1] which is only happening in rare cases when we remove
default apps from our rc-proposed image builds. We apologise for the
inconvenience but remember: things like this are bound to happen in
rc-proposed, which is why we generally do not recommend using this
channel for everyday users.

Another bit of potentially interesting info for some. We now use a
special click-lock mechanism for staging clicks on rc-proposed images
that depend on unreleased frameworks. Due to the current click
limitations, we cannot publish new click packages if the dependent
framework is not yet released in a stable image. We now make this work
through staging such clicks in rc-proposed, meaning some images might
have click package versions installed that are not available in the
store yet. Please note this is not a very common case, so do not switch
to this channel unnecessarily just to get the latest bits. But for
dogfooding purposes for developers - it's a good thing.

Cheers!
