Re: Some good words about BQ.

 

I have also had an excellent experience with BQ support. The speaker on my
E4.5 became faulty so i contacted BQ, They emailed me a list of things to
try to confirm it was a hardware issue. They arranged collection of the
device, repaired it and returned the device to me in less than a week.

I really hope the partnership with BQ continues to grow and strengthen,
they are a great company, I really like their hardware and i'm keeping my
fingers crossed for a convergence capable phone from them. 😀
