For the FHD device:

http://people.canonical.com/~abeato/avila/recovery-frieza.img

For the HD device:

http://people.canonical.com/~abeato/avila/cooler/recovery-cooler.img

Note that you do not necessarily need to do a bootstrap unless things have
gone terribly wrong. You do not even need to have a recovery image if the
tablet is in developer mode. In that case, with UT running you just need to
do:

ubuntu-device-flash touch --channel
ubuntu-touch/rc-proposed/bq-aquaris-pd.en
