The command to install an arbitrary deb package in a Libertine container is this.
$ libertine-container-manager install-package --id <containerid> --package <path-to-deb-file>
Just chrooting into the container is likely to cause problems because of missing cross-mounts and other issues. It
will also definitely fail on newer kernels (eg. a 16.04 desktop running Unity 8).
The Citrix receiver has been tested and verified as working in a Libertine container on ARM devices.
