I've just tryed to make a call with skype on MX4 (web version by Peter 
Bittner https://uappexplorer.com/app/skype.peter-bittner ), and it 
works, only voice calls for now, but WebRTC API works good with OTA-11 
inside a webview.

Have Canonical a plan to release an official Skype app? right now the 
Peter Bittner web app it's a good compromise.
Someone have tested this new Skype features?
