Hello everyone!

Only a few landings so far, with a new gallery-app making it's way to
rc-proposed with cross-build fixes (and basic snap packaging),
ubuntu-system-settings with installation environment handling (related
to packaging) and a new version of the ubuntu-ui-toolkit. The new UITK
comes with a lot of bugfixes and changes, too many to mention in this
e-mail - interested parties should simply take a look at the changelog
or silo description [1].

Later this week we'll also be looking more closely to the emulator bug
[2] - it seems that it's not an issue with the emulator itself but
more with the environment it's being run on. It's working fine on a
xenial host but seems to be broken on yakkety (as that's where QA has
performed the testing). Might be a potential reason to re-consider
promotion.
