  Does not appear in Open With for web browser downloading zip files

  New

Bug description:
  If one attempts to download a zip file in the web browser on the
  phone, the browser will show an "Open With" window with those apps
  capable of handling zip files (likely none). The File Manager can open
  zip files, and so should appear in this window; it does not, and so
  the browser will not download the file, meaning that it's not possible
  to download zip files even though the File Manager could open them if
  they were downloaded.
