Hi Christina,

the times which are associated in the daily forecast are presumably:
- morning (9am)
- evening (9pm)
- night (3am)
- temperature (current time +n days)

The hourly-based forecast is in 3-hour steps and cloud/rain/snow have 
following definitions:

cloud - Cloudiness in %
rain - Precipitation volume mm per 3 hours
snow - Precipitation volume mm per 3 hours

All 3 values are optional and it's not granted that they are available 
for all locations. Here's the corresponding entry from the wiki:
