Sorry, I should have sent you the link.

I was talking about the general discussion list at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/Contact/#General%20discussion

May we ask you to subscribe to it? We actually want to make it a
requirement for translation team leads, so they can stay up to date of
all the translations-related announcements and discussions and forward
them to their local teams when relevant.

That page should also clarify the purpose of all current communication
channels.

We can take care of deactivating it if no longer active, since otherwise
it will be confusing for translators. That said, I'd wait for a week or
so to give him time to respond.

His last activity seems to be from November ->
https://launchpad.net/~arnason/+karma

Could you either try to contact him or wait until next week and then
contact us again so we can take action?

Regarding what you were commenting earlier on links with non-ASCII
characters not being correctly linkified, I'd recommend filing a bug
against launchpad at: https://bugs.launchpad.net/launchpad/+filebug

Thanks!

Regards,
David.
