Dear Ubuntu translation coordinators,

My name is Reuben Potts and I wish to translate Ubuntu into Manx. (ISO code:gv)
I was educated in Manx and am very interested in the Language.
I've already started some of the basic Po files and would like permission to upload the Po files. My launchpad account is already set up using this email address (reuben03@xxxxxxxx).
Just one thing, apparently there's some problem with translating with plurals, particularly as they're
different in Manx, but  I'm not sure exactly what it is, could you please tell me where to find some more information?
Another thing is should I upload the po files as I go, or when I'm done?
Seeing as there's an Ubuntu edition every six months, how difficult will it be to keep up with this in terms of translation? Will I have to alter my work with every release?
I would like to have a fair amount done by the Ubuntu release which as far as I know is in October.
