Hi Jason,

Thanks for your interest in translating Ubuntu.

You don't need to join the Ubuntu Translations Coordinators to make
translations suggestions to Ubuntu in your Language.

In fact, you only need a Launchpad account and you'll be able to make
suggestions.

However, if you want these suggestions to be accepted, I'd recommend you
to join the translation team for your language.

You'll find it in the list at:

        https://translations.launchpad.net/+groups/ubuntu-translators

If you click on the team's link, it will take you to the team's page,
which contains information on how to get in touch with them and how to
join them.
