Ok, so now that we've got all the data:

@Andrej: again, good work. I want to do a final review, but if I haven't
come back to you by tomorrow around midday, do you think you could file
a support request on Launchpad at
https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+addquestion mentioning that:

      * You'd like to request mass-setting template priorities according
        to the attached text file (ping me and I'll help you creating
        it) for both the Natty and Oneiric distros.
      * You are part of the Ubuntu Translations Coordinators team 

@Everyone else: it'd be great if you could have a look at the priorities
document at http://is.gd/hBrAj7 for a sanity check and tweak any of them
or comment any issues on this thread
