I tend to agree on most accounts with Andrej. It is kind of fun that
we (as a community) are wide-ranging enough to include things like a
klingon translation. However, demanding that the language has an
iso-code is first of all probably an essential technical
requirement[1] and second it might also function as that extra
entrance barrier that helps to keep the number of for-fun-languages
that we support at the appropriate level (keeping in mind that klingon
is only 99.2625% untranslated). So just to make it clear, I don't
thinks we should choose the option with making use of a placeholder
value, even if it was technically possible.
