Public bug reported:

whenever I minimize firefox during a video streaming,firefox gets minimized, but it freezes the global menu (when I hover my cursor over the top it shows firefox options) and the desktop (launcher,dash, desktop area becomes non responsive)
other open programs also freeze and I'm not able maximize those opened programs, the system stays freezed until I kill firefox using Alt+F2 command line. (I've to repeatedly hit Alt+F2 to be able to get the command line)
