[Bug 550707] Re: Ubuntu and Kubuntu installation include download of additional language-packages after install completed
Reading the description, I'm not sure I understand the bug. Would
someone affected mind changing it to reflect exactly what the bug is
about?
Ideally, with a set of steps to reproduce it.

Bug description:
1. Kubuntu installation include download of additional language-packages after install completed. I think if Internet connection available installer must download and install language packages during installation, but text-mode installer not do this.
2. Even language package is installed (from DVD or from Internet, if user use disktop-cd for installation), installed language not selected, and user must go to System configuration, and select system language by hands (just like in comment 10)
