Hello!

In my opinion biweekly meetings are more than enough. What is
important is that we commit to it and try to do every two weeks and
try to solve as many action items as possible between the meeting.

I think it's a smart move to use the wiki for notes. (have added my
suggestions).

As far as time is concerned I am pretty unpredictable these days, but
i would prefer 16.00 UTC, 17:00 or 18:00 UTC would be even nicer for
me.

Also i was wondering about the meeting venue. Is it going to be Skype or IRC?

IRC is less effient but on the other hand it's traceable (public
archive) and is less exclusive - therefore it might be easier to get
new members.

In my opinion we don't need to worry that much about traceability or maybe we should rather say transparency, we can do a short summary or something. I would really appreciate something with "face time" as supposed to IRC. Didn't you guys experiment with this G+ huddles/group chat thingy. That sounds like the ideal solution to me. I don't feel much like installing Skype with its current track record :(
