Title:
  unable to sort templates by # of untranslated strings

Status in Launchpad itself:
  New

Bug description:
  When search the ubuntu templates, I am unable to click one of the
  header columns to sort by untranslated strings. Enabling this feature
  would save a chunk of time having to manually search for translations.
  It would also prioritise effort and give newbie translators an easier
  (smaller) package to work on.
