[Bug 923474] Re: Proprietary software in USC are labeled "libre" in french
It is fixed, but language-packs were not updated since then. So the fix
did not reach users yet.

Bug description:
In USC, proprietary software who are free (as in"cost no money") are
labeled "Libre" (free as in FOSS) in french. This is confusing, in
french Libre = FOSS and Gratuit=free (no money).
